A new type of genius authentic potato shochu that changes its aroma depending on how you drink it. In “Carbonate Wari”, our company’s original “kaori yeast” brings out the fruity aroma reminiscent of fresh apples. As a drink that matches the occasion, you can enjoy the refreshing taste of chuhai.
On the other hand, “Rock” uses “whole quantity potato preparation”, which uses potatoes even in koji, so you can enjoy the warm and sweet aroma of roasted sweet potatoes, making it the perfect drink for relaxing after a meal.
It also features a bottle design that sets it apart from the traditional Japanese worldview of authentic shochu.
